Dagigia AI is building the next generation of AI-powered video infrastructure for enterprises, enabling companies to generate personalized video experiences at scale. We are an early-stage startup with an experienced founding team that has over a decade of experience building and scaling startups across multiple sectors and domains. We already have strong traction with enterprise customers, have raised our pre-seed round, and are well funded for the coming years. Our team is currently 7 people, and we are now looking for a Backend Engineer (Golang) to help us build and scale the core infrastructure powering our platform. What you’ll be working on • Developing backend services and APIs powering Dagigia’s AI video platform • Building scalable systems that support AI workflows and video generation pipelines • Working closely with frontend teams (web & mobile) to deliver features required by customers • Designing reliable systems that support asynchronous workloads and high-performance processing • Contributing to architecture decisions as we scale the product and platform Tech Stack • Programming Language: Go (Golang) • Cloud: AWS • Database: PostgreSQL What we’re looking for • 5+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong experience building backend services in Golang • Experience designing APIs and scalable backend systems • Experience working with AWS and cloud infrastructure • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and backend data modeling • Previously worked in early-stage startups or fast-moving environments The kind of engineer who thrives here We prefer someone who is more of a product engineer, someone who enjoys building solutions that solve real market needs. You should be comfortable working in early-stage environments, iterating quickly, and helping navigate the product–market fit stage with us. You enjoy collaborating closely with product and design teams and care about shipping features that customers actually use.
