Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into software designs. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Develop and implement software development best practices and standards to ensure high-quality and efficient code. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes and tools. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior software engineers. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and provide timely resolutions. Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Communicate project status and updates to project managers and stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software meets requirements and is free of defects. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and coding standards. Perform research and development to identify and implement new software technologies and tools. Continuously improve personal technical skills and knowledge through training and self-study.
