Summary: Guides 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates. Facilitates all Scrum Meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Promotes Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization. Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Communicates project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Tracks team performance metrics and supports continuous improvement efforts. Identifies and removes impediments to team progress. Ensures transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts and dashboards. Ensures compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols. Applies experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering while working with engineering teams. Requirements: Active secret clearance required. Scrum Master certification. Experience using Jira. Experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams. Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and promote agile principles. Experience tracking team performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement. Experience identifying and removing impediments to team progress. Experience using burndown charts and dashboards for transparency. Knowledge of government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.
