Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a hybrid Senior Front-End Architect/ Lead React Developer in Austin, Tx . In this position, you will be responsible for working with Business and Technical SMEs and internal/external stakeholders to create and maintain the REACT technology-based web applications. Major duties • Designs, develops, and implements web applications based on .NET technologies with REACT JS, Node JS, web services and SQL server backend. • As part of the application development team, takes lead to solve technical challenges with industry best practices. • Addresses and resolves complex technical issues with internal/external customers, builds good communication protocols and updates management team with the weekly/monthly status. • Performing extensive code reviews and analysis. • Writing reports on code analysis to determine if industry standards and best practices are being followed; provide analysis to address found shortcomings. • Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to existing development staff. • Performs other duties as assigned. What are we looking for? • 10+ years of experience with the following: • REACT.JS and/or Angular / Javascript based Frontend development • Architecting micro-frontend applications, use of module federation • Creating UX/UI designs and Prototypes using REACT and UI libraries. • Creating style sheets and themes, applying them in the application • Creating UI libraries to be used in the application • HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Creating horizontal and vertical micro-frontends • Front-end state management with redux • Containerizing frontend applications • 8+ years of experience with the following: • Container-oriented architecture using Docker and/or Kubernetes. • Integrating microservices • Code reviews and in-depth code analysis • Webpack or similar related tool • Git, Bitbucket • WCAG 2.0 Standards, 508 Compliance/Web Accessibility • Completing system documentation Exciting Opportunity Details • Rate: $100.00/hour • W2 Contract • Worksite Location: Austin, Tx 78701 • Hybrid • 5 month contract with opportunity for extension The Peak Performers difference • Excellent medical health, dental & vision insurance at 60 days • Our employees may choose to participate in a 403(b) retirement plan • Qualified applicants with chronic medical conditions and/or disabilities receive priority placement • We pay weekly through direct deposit • In business since 1994 and thousands of job placements All employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
