Title BOT Developer Type Contract (Short-term 1 to 3 months estimated) Location Remote Pay Rate up to $60 per hour Overview: We are seeking a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain an automated BOT that will securely collect basic healthcare protected health information (PHI) and populate it into a third-party application or system. This role requires experience with automation frameworks, data integration, APIs, and strong understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Key Responsibilities: • Design & Build Automation BOT Develop an automated BOT using appropriate tools (e.g., RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or custom code). • Data Collection & Integration Collect, validate, and securely transmit basic PHI from source forms or systems into the designated third-party application via API, secure integration, or other interfaces. • Ensure Security & Compliance Implement safeguards to protect PHI in transit and at rest; ensure design adheres to HIPAA/healthcare compliance standards. • Testing & Validation Create automated test cases; validate successful automation execution and data accuracy. Troubleshoot and debug issues. • Documentation & Collaboration Create technical documentation (architecture, workflows, SOPs). Work with stakeholders (IT, security, product owners) to refine requirements. • Maintenance & Support Provide ongoing support, updates, monitoring, and enhancements of the BOT. Required Skills: • Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or strong automation scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.). • API and integrations experience (REST, SOAP). • Knowledge of healthcare data standards, basic PHI handling, HIPAA compliance. • Experience with data validation, error handling, logging, and secure coding practices. Nice-to-Have: • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or healthcare platforms. • Experience with OAuth / secure authentication. • Experience working in Agile environments.
