About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions.Minimum 7 years of experience in this role. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a collaborative Agile environment and is eager to shape the future of our digital portal architecture.You’ll work closely with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality software that drives real business value.This is a full-stack leadership role with a strong emphasis on front-end architecture (Angular), back-end APIs (Node.js, GraphQL), and secure cloud deployment (AWS, Akamai WAF). You’ll also mentor team members, promote engineering best practices, and ensure seamless coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
