Role: DevOps Engineer Azure (with DBT & GitHub Actions) Location: USA - Remote Type: long term Contract Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in DBT, Azure cloud services, and hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation. This role will support our data and analytics teams by building scalable deployment pipelines, managing Azure infrastructure, and ensuring smooth DBT development and release workflows Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for DBT projects and related data workflows. • Manage DBT development, testing, and deployment in DBT Cloud or DBT Core, running on Azure environments. (Strong Expertise) • Build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Azure Bicep). • Integrate DBT workflows with Azure services (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, ADLS, etc.). • Automate environment provisioning, testing, and deployments across dev, test, and production. • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance across: o Azure Data Factory (ADF) o Azure Synapse Pipelines o Azure Databricks Jobs • Implement secure secrets management using Azure Key Vault and GitHub Actions secrets.
