Software Engineer - PKI & Post-Quantum Cryptography Modernization We're seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a long-term modernization initiative focused on certificate enrollment technologies, PKI infrastructure, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) support for smart cards and hardware security devices. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced security technologies, open standards, and next-generation authentication solutions that will help shape the future of digital identity and cryptography. Job Description: Modernize existing certificate management applications to improve scalability, maintainability, and long-term product capabilities.Design and build scalable testing environments and CI/CD pipelines that support rapid deployment and high-quality releases.Create comprehensive automated testing strategies that validate real-world user workflows.Collaborate with industry standards organizations, including the IETF, to ensure certificate enrollment protocols remain aligned with current and emerging standards.Enhance certificate enrollment technologies and implement Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) support for smart cards and hardware tokens.Develop and deliver a modern user interface for certificate management platforms.Build and maintain software solutions using Java, Rust, C, and Python in Linux and containerized environments.
