Job Title: PLC Controls Engineer Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Onsite with Extensive Travel) Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 Months with possibility for extensions Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00/hour (determined by experience, paid weekly) Schedule: Monday – Friday Travel Requirement: Up to 90% travel throughout the United States to customer sites Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C and C2H candidates will not be considered. Role Overview: BEPC is seeking an experienced PLC Controls Engineer to lead electrical controls and automation projects supporting advanced material handling systems. This position is responsible for developing PLC programs, supporting system integration, overseeing project execution, and providing onsite commissioning and customer support throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong PLC programming experience, a background in material handling automation, and the ability to travel extensively to customer sites across the United States.
