MISSION Au sein du département Capital Markets IT (CMI) de Global IT (GIT) qui gère le système d'information des activités de marchés de capitaux (pre-trade, post-trade, risques), la filière IT titrisation couvre les activités suivantes : • Le support applicatif, la maintenance et les évolutions mineures des applications existantes • Le design et l’implémentation d’un nouveau système d’information complet, à l’état de l’art technologique et architectural (programme stratégique CA-CIB). En tant que développeur au sein de la filière IT titrisation vous êtes garant de la qualité technique et fonctionnelles des applications/services développés « in-house » pour répondre aux besoins métier. Vous développez les applications Java en totale conformité avec les préconisations de la banque en matière de sécurité, et en adéquation avec les préconisation d’architecture technique émises par les architectes du programme. Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue : • Des livrables techniques en assurant un partage de connaissance avec les autres développeurs de la filière. • De la delivery team, dans un contexte agile, en vous impliquant dans la vie de l’équipe, et en proposant des initiatives et améliorations lors des cérémonies. Vous êtes rattaché directement à la Delivery manager du programme stratégique de refonte du système de titrisation. Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT) which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), Securitization IT filière is in charge of : • Support, maintenance & evolutions of current information system applications (legacy apps) • Building a new, technologically state-of-the-art information system covering all the features of the legacy apps (Strategic program) As a developper within the Securitization IT filière, you are responsible for the technical and functional quality of the “in-house” developed applications or services of your scope. You develop applications in compliance with the bank’s recommendations and best practices in terms of security, and embrace software architecture standards provided by program’s technical architects. You are a strong participant in improving: • Technical quality of the deliverables by sharing knowledge,tips with the developpers of the securitization filière. • Delivery team’s efficiency by being involved in the teams day-to-day life and suggesting improvements during agile ceremonies.
