Job Summary: Dexian is seeking a Software Engineer/Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Knowledge of databases, APIs, and modern web/mobile development frameworks • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications (Optional) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Prior experience working within the Automotive industry is preferred Desired Skills and Experience Software Developer (Multiple openings) On site in Detroit/Dearborn MI 4 days a week Long term contract 2+ years with potential to convert FTE based on performance W2 Only - No C2C offered Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
