Software Engineer - Full Stack (.NET, MSSQL, React) Full time | Hybrid schedule | $100,000-130,000 We’re seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to join a small, fast-moving team where every line of code makes a difference. You’ll design, build, and ship reliable, high-performance software that impacts the business directly. Perks • Excellent benefits • Medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, vacation, sick and paid holidays • Stable and growing AG company • Expanding with this new role • Be a part of a fun and light-hearted team • Room for personal and professional growth What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain full-stack features using .NET, MSSQL, and React. • Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to turn ideas into features users love. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to make applications faster and smoother. • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions as the product grows. • Write clean, maintainable code with meaningful automated tests. • Take ownership from concept through production support, jumping in to resolve issues as needed. • Participate actively in team ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, planning) and foster a culture of collaboration. • Keep documentation clear to ensure team efficiency and knowledge sharing. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience building software with .NET, MSSQL, and React. • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity. • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Agile or fast-paced startup experience. • Clear communication, team-first mindset, and strong work ethic. • Passion for learning, experimenting, and adapting to new tools and technologies.
