Insight Global is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to support a large enterprise environment focused on vulnerability remediation and automation. This is a hands-on, technical role centered around building scalable solutions that automatically detect, manage, and remediate security vulnerabilities across endpoints, identities, and applications. You’ll play a key role in improving security posture while reducing manual operational effort through automation. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain automation solutions to remediate vulnerabilities at scaleAdminister and optimize endpoint management and patching using SCCM and IntuneImplement identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and M365Develop scripts (PowerShell and/or Python) to:Enforce configuration standardsRemediate system driftReduce manual processesPartner with cybersecurity teams to translate vulnerabilities into actionable technical fixesSupport full software lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, decommissioning, access cleanup)Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standardsTrack and improve KPIs around remediation speed, automation coverage, and system reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve complex remediation issues and participate in root cause analysisCollaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, or Identity EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with:SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager)IntuneMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365 servicesAdvanced scripting skills in PowerShell (Python is a plus)Experience with automation and remediation at enterprise scaleFamiliarity with REST APIs, SAML, SCIM, or identity integrationsWorking knowledge of SQL or data/reporting concepts Nice to Have Experience supporting vulnerability management programsExposure to AI-assisted tools for scripting or operational workflowsBackground in large-scale enterprise environmentsExperience with license management and access governance What We’re Looking For Strong automation-first mindset with a focus on eliminating manual effortAbility to translate security requirements into practical technical solutionsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining system stabilityStrong communication and documentation skillsProactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Additional Details May require occasional support during off-hours maintenance windows or deploymentsPotential travel to other office or operational sites as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
