PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER - GENAI & PRODUCT ARCHITECT $280K-$375K BASE + BONUS + EQUITY HYBRID - BAY AREA (3 DAYS/WEEK) The Opportunity Join a profitable, fast-growing platform in a specialized, mission-driven domain as a founding-level engineer working directly with the CTO. This is a hands-on builder role - designing systems from scratch, shipping quickly, and bringing AI-powered ideas to production.
