Title: QA Test Automation Lead Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6 months (possibility of an extension) JD: Develop TOSCA test automation framework.Define test automation strategy.Collaborate with client IT team and identify tests to be automated.Work with offshore team.Ensure framework support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).Guide offshore QA team on best practices, perform code reviews and mentor.Establish coding standards, guidelines, and quality metrics.Coordinate with developers, product owners, and QA teams.Provide test automation status to all stakeholders regularly (or biweekly).Publish test automation metrics.Conduct defect triage regularly and perform endtoend defect management, including logging, triaging, prioritizing, tracking, and ensuring timely closure of defects. Skills 3 to 5+ years of experience in TOSCA automation toolUFT automation Tool experience (nice to have only not compulsory)This is a client facing role.
