General Function Designs and implements technology and software solutions as a member of a team or an agile squad. Primary focus initially is becoming skilled in supporting and modifying existing mainframe RAFT system. As the bank moves forward with transformation efforts, opportunities for reskilling with non-mainframe technologies will be provided. Being assigned to an agile squad means this role also participates in all agile ceremonies driving activities from architecture and design to delivery. Models software development best practices and leads communities of practice to continuously refine and document standards and best practices. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
