Why join us? • Competitive Salary + Stock • 401(k) with 6% company match • Additional perks that support work-life balance Job Details Responsibilities • Lead AI/ML initiatives, integrating intelligent solutions such as predictive maintenance and document processing to enhance platform capabilities. • Define and uphold the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with our architecture and long-term digital transformation objectives. • Oversee administration of core platforms including Bitbucket, AWS, and Snowflake, ensuring operational integrity and performance. • Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance through active participation in audit processes related to financial and operational reporting. • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and the promotion of engineering best practices. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) development team to deliver cohesive solutions. Requirements • 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior or architectural roles • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) for development team collaboration is preferred. • Advanced proficiency in AWS services (Kafka, Kubernetes, Lambda, S3, etc.) • Skilled in Java (Apache Camel), React Native, Python, C++, and Snowflake administration • Experience with NoSQL, RDS, Elasticsearch, and Timestream • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional) is preferred.
