Lead QA Engineer – Salesforce Location: Houston, TX Both W2/C2C Accpeted Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer with strong Salesforce expertise to drive QA strategy, automation, and end-to-end quality across enterprise Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead QA planning, execution, and release sign-off for Salesforce projects • Oversee Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and Production validation • Validate Salesforce configurations (Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports) and custom development (Apex, LWC, APIs) • Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools • Test integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, third-party systems) • Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps • Mentor QA team members and manage defect triage with stakeholders Required Experience: • 10+ years of QA experience with 4+ years in Salesforce testing • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning (LWC), Apex, SOQL • Hands-on experience in automation frameworks and DevOps pipelines • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong leadership and communication skills Required Certification: • * ISQB • SALESFORCE CERTIFICATION (ADMIN/PLATFORM DEVELOPER) job perk: Posted At: 18 hours ago, job perk: Schedule Type: Full-time
