SILQ - Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Agentic AI Products About the Role We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds directly with business teams, deeply understands their workflows, and builds production-grade agentic AI solutions — with proper evals, human-in-the-loop controls, and guardrails. You'll own problems end-to-end, from whiteboarding with stakeholders to shipping agents that handle real transactions. What You'll Do • Embed with business teams to understand workflows, edge cases, and failure modes — then translate them into buildable agentic solutions • Design and deploy LLM-powered agents using tool-use, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration patterns • Build systematic evaluation frameworks — offline evals, regression suites, LLM-as-judge • Implement human-in-the-loop workflows with confidence thresholds, approval gates, and escalation paths • Own guardrails end-to-end — hallucination detection, prompt injection defense, cost controls, and policy enforcement. What We're Looking For • 0–5 years in software engineering; strong full-stack skills • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks (Agno, Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom) • Deep understanding of eval methodology — can design and build systematic evaluation pipelines • High business acumen — can walk into a room of non-technical stakeholders, ask the right questions, and return with a buildable spec • Bias for action in ambiguous 0→1 environments; ships fast, iterates on real usage Nice to Have • Experience in fintech, B2B marketplaces, or lending/BNPL domains • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and guardrail frameworks • Prior FDE, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience job perk: Posted At: 3 days ago, job perk: Schedule Type: Full-time
