Job Description We are seeking a Full stack .net developer to join our team supporting Gainwell Technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in frontend engineering, UI/UX development, and API integration and a proven ability to design, implement, and lead delivery of web application components. Responsibilities: • Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs. • Analyze, design, and write specifications and requirements for program development. • Evaluate existing systems and programs and assist the project manager in task assignment. • Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting, validate requirements, and resolve issues. • Develop test plans and participate in QA activities, including code reviews. • Participate as a member of the development team and lead a small sub-team as needed. • Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Frontend: C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Blazor. • UX/UI: Responsive design and component-based development. • APIs & Data: SOAP API integration and data modeling. • Automation & State: Workflow automation, state management, and no-code automation. • Accessibility: WCAG compliance and usability best practices. • Methodology: Waterfall development lifecycle. • Visual development: Visual scripting and drag-and-drop UI configuration. • Experience: 5+ years in applications, UI/UX, web development, and programming. Preferred Skills: • Backend: .NET Core, Node.js, Java, Python. • Cloud & DevOps: Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, scalability, security best practices, Azure DevOps. Why BCforward?
