We're seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our highly collaborative engineering team responsible for developing a modern web application hosted in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role sits at the center of a fastpaced, Agile, cloudnative environment that emphasizes learning, ownership, and building highimpact software. We deliver modern, cloudnative digital banking solutions that power thousands of community banks and credit unions across the country. Our teams build both consumerfacing and enterprise applications that help financial institutions serve their customers with speed, security, and innovation. This position can be based to work remotely, but candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; or Springfield/Monett, MO. The salary range for this position is $80,000- $125,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level. Travel up to 5% for meetings and trainings may be required. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you'll be responsible for End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable consumer and enterprise applications across the full stack. Cloud-Native Engineering: Develop microservices within a GCP/Kubernetes environment, focusing on automation and architectural improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Product, Design, and Cloud Ops in an Agile environment to accelerate delivery. Technical Ownership: Drive the full software lifecycle-from prototyping and system analysis to bug resolution and production deployment. System Reliability: Support production stability through on-call rotations and continuous application monitoring. Quality Standards: Apply industry best practices to ensure code quality, security, and a seamless experience for end users. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you'll need to have A minimum of 4 years of experience working as an engineer within the software development lifecycle. Backend experience with Go, Rust, C#, and/or .NET Front end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Vue.js. Experience with cloud programming in Azure, AWS, or GCP. Hands-on experience with microservices and Kubernetes. What would be nice for you to have Bachelor's degree. Experience in cloudnative architecture and building distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Previous experience contributing across both infrastructure and application layers. Familiarity with Kotlin.
